These tours will highlight the recent progress on site, including the windmill, new entrance road, salt marsh tidal canal, and development of the new harbor side pavilion! R.S.V.P. is not required, but appreciated.
But take note — this is still a construction site so be sure to wear appropriate clothing and footwear...we'll be in jeans and boots.

From the South (Route 1-N)
- From I-93 N, merge onto US-1 N to the Tobin Bridge. Travel on Route 1 for 4.6 miles, or 8 minutes.
- Take exit labeled Webster Ave toward Chelsea/Everett. Take a right at the base of the ramp onto Webster Ave. Travel on Webster for 0.7 miles, or 2 minutes.
- Turn right when Webster ends at Eastern Ave . Travel on Eastern Ave for only 171 feet.
- Take an immediate left onto Crescent Ave. Travel on Crescent for 0.4 mi or 1 minute.
- Take a right onto Forbes Street. Park on your right, just before the bridge.
From the North (Route 1-S)
- From US-1 S, exit onto RT-16 W/Revere Beach Pkwy toward Everett/Somerville. Travel on RT-16 for 0.4 mi, or 1 minute.
- Turn left at Webster Ave. Travel on Webster for 0.6 mi or 3 minutes.
- Turn right when Webster ends at Eastern Ave. Travel on Eastern Ave for only 171 feet.
- Take an immediate left onto Crescent Ave. Travel on Crescent for 0.4 mi or 1 minute.
- Take a right onto Forbes Street. Park on your right, just before the bridge.
